The Cross Ministry Group is a non-profit 501c3 organization supported by donations from individuals, businesses, churches, and foundations. Each individual, full-time staff member develops a personal financial support team that funds their personal ministry. Our salary structure is designed to meet the needs of our staff by providing a moderate income. Full-time staff with The Cross Ministry Group also raise additional funds which are not all for personal living expenses. Other items that a staff person must raise support for are:
- Ministry Expenses: Staff are asked to raise funds to cover costs of ministry; materials, events, conferences, etc.
- An Administrative Portion: 6% of every dollar raised is used for administration.
- A buffer: To cover unexpected lost support and other emergencies.
