Directions, Arrival Time, What to Bring
Directions:
The weekend takes place at Glacier View Ranch, near Jamestown, Colorado. It is about a forty minute drive west of Boulder. From I-25 & Highway 36 west to Boulder: Follow 36 (also 28th Street) through Boulder and turn LEFT on Lee Hill Drive. Cross over Broadway and continue up the hill. After one mile, stay RIGHT as Lee Hill Drive becomes Old Stage Road. Continue on Old Stage Road until it dead-ends into Left Hand Canyon drive and turn LEFT. After two miles stay RIGHT as Lefthand Canyon Drive becomes James Canyon Drive. Continue through Jamestown as the road becomes Overland Road and eventually turns to gravel. Arrival Time:
1:00 p.m. Registration is at 1:00 p.m. We start at 1:30 pm. Please plan your day accordingly. Starting on time is important. We start once everyone has arrived. Please do not be late. Arrive by 1:00 pm. so that everyone can be situated and ready to go at 1:30 p.m. There will be no lunch served on Friday. Eat before coming.
Departure Time:
Between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
What to Bring:
Bring comfortable clothes for the weekend, including comfortable shoes. Bring toiletries, a notebook or journal, pen and Bible. There will be two women to a room. Each room has two double beds and a private bath. All linens and towels are provided.
